Processing analyzing and reporting of financial statements and journals.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure policies are followed and refer/escalate where appropriate.
Comply on provided legislations industry codes company policies and procedures.
Maintain a good internal stakeholder relationship
Resolve escalated issues/complaints in a timely fashion
Perform routine tasks and reconciliations related to expense and management reporting (e.g. daily weekly monthly quarterly and annually reports)
Create accrual data entries in the sub-ledger system extracting historical and statistical expense
Extract ledger and expense reports using pre-determined system data queries
Other tasks as assigned
Required Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
0-1 year relevant experience
Preferred Competencies/Skills
Basic understanding in using electronic spreadsheets data analysis and reconciliation
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS tools
Attention to detail
Preferred Knowledge
Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting Principles
Basic knowledge of General Accounting and Financial Processes.
