Job Summary
We have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and business-minded lawyer to move into an in-house role as Manager Policy & Regulatory with a close-knit team in downtown Toronto. This role will involve interesting and varied work including policy regulatory and corporate secretarial matters. The ideal candidate will haveat least 3 yearsof experience in business finance or securities matters either in a corporate or litigation capacity. Familiarity with corporate governance practices and privacy matters would be an asset.
