About the role
Were seeking a School Operations Officer to join our team and provide essential administrative support. This role is varied and dynamic requiring flexibility as youll be involved in school-focused operations committee and meeting support faculty and school events day-to-day administrative tasks casual rostering and providing administrative assistance to school leadership.
Youll also play an active role in improving processes and systems contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment. These positions are key to supporting the Schools strategic and operational goals and reflect the Universitys commitment to excellence equity and community engagement.
In addition youll work on broader Faculty and School initiatives collaborating within a multifunctional team to deliver operational activities and assist with projects that enhance efficiency and the experience for staff and students.
