Location: Athens Pefki
Working Days & Hours: Monday Friday 09:00 17:00
Contract: 8-month contract
Working Model: Hybrid
Reporting to: Therapeutic Area Lead of Oncology
What you will do:
Support the planning and execution of medical education and hospitality events while ensuring full compliance with company policies and external regulations. Provide efficient administrative support to the Medical Education Team enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality medical education to Health Care Professionals.
More specifically:
- Liaises with third-party organizers to ensure high-quality and Fair Market Value hospitality choices adhering to company policies and compliance requirements
- Collaborates with Medical Education Experts and Field Medical Advisors to support the planning and execution of medical education events
- Communicates directly with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) regarding logistics for hospitality including flights transfers and other arrangements
- Ensures timely collection of event-related documentation approvals and compliance with external/EOF regulations on HCP hospitality
- Plays a key role in venue selection event organization and provides onsite support for company-led Medical Education Events
- Tracks expenditures against planned budgets monitors financial processes and reconciles invoices
- Maintains complete event records with all appropriate documentation ensuring data accuracy for transfer of value reporting and disclosure purposes
- Demonstrates proficient knowledge and use of corporate systems to support event management and compliance
What we are looking for:
- Holder of a Bachelors degree (BSc)
- 12 years experience in a similar role such as event planning procurement or medical affairs
- Fluent command of English
- Strong computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
