About the role:
Were looking forsomeone who can think big move fast and create ideas that feel native to social but scale across every channel. Youll work on new business wins and existing clients creating everything from social-first activations to integrated campaigns. Ifyoureculturally plugged-in love social and want to push boundaries with AI-poweredcreativity this is your chance to make an impact. Werealso looking for a junior art director so welcome applications from creative teams.
What you will be doing:
- Developbig ideasthat start on social but scale across integrated campaigns.
- Craft scripts headlines and campaign messaging that feel culturally relevant.
- Collaborate with a junior art director to deliver bold exciting work.
- Writeplatform-native copyfor TikTok Instagram and emerging channels.
- Bring fresh thinking tonew business pitchesand help win exciting accounts.
- Work across adiverse mix of industriesfashion food tech and more.
- Experiment withAI toolsto enhance ideation and execution.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Someone whos grown up on TikTok and knows what makes content shareable.
- Experience at asocial-first agencyis a big plus.
- Enthusiasm to embrace AI-driven creativity isa must
- Gen Z perspective: culturally fluent trend-savvy and bold.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-client environment.
- A conceptual thinker who can writekiller copyfor social and beyond.
