Position Summary:
In dieser Position sind Sie u.a. für das Erstellen der Ladepläne der Flugzeuge die Vorbereitung der Flugdokumentation sowie die Überwachung der Frachtverladung am Flugzeug verantwortlich. Sie erstellen die Gefahrgutdokumentation für die Flugzeugbesatzung arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen im In- und Ausland sowie externen Behörden zusammen und tragen so zu einem reibungslosen Abfertigungsablauf bei.
Hauptaufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Erstellen des Ladeplans (einschließlich selbstständige W&B*)
- Erstellen des Dangerous Goods Manifests (WorkBenchDG)
- Vorbereitung der Flugdokumentation (Flugplan Wetterreport & Wetterkarte GenDec etc.)
- Erstellen der DG-Dokumentation für die Flugzeugbesatzung (Notoc)
- Flugfunk Ramp-Dispatch & -Control (Parkposition Pushback Deicing Curfew Extension Request etc.)
- Eingabe der TRIP-Information
- Erstellen der ADR-Dokumentation
- Wiegen der Fracht Container
- Unterstützung beim Sortieren der Fracht Container
- Erstellen der jeweiligen Übergabe Reports
- Kommunikation mit den internen und externen Flugkoordination-Teams
Ihr Profil:
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ramp Basics
- Ground Support B757 B777 MD11
- Weight & Balance (nach Vorlage der W&B Lizenz)
- Gültige Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
