Capital Vacations is looking to add a Take Over Sales (TO) Closer to our Springfield Call Center. The Sales Closer is in charge of closing each mini-vacation package sale. If you have several years of Tele-Sales experience and you are looking for a growth opportunity within a company apply today!!
Shift: Additional hours may be required to cover shifts meet deadlines and goals as necessary:
- Full-Time: Monday - Friday No weekends No holidays
- Full benefits 401K Paid Time off local discounts
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify and Close sales for our Tele-Sales Reps
- Ensure all vacation packages are fully qualified
- Assist our Tele-Sales Reps with any questions they may have
- Maintain excellent quality standards in compliance with set company guidelines
- Assists with the development of the call center training and QA process
- Assist Floor Managers with call monitoring etc.
- Code records completely and accurately
- Set travel dates for the vacation package at the customers request
Education Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:
- CALLL CENTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- H.S. Diploma/GED required
- 3-5 Years - Quality assurance and/or customer service experience REQUIRED
- Report directly to Day Shift Manager.
- Some collegiate-level business classes are preferred.
Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
- Natural ability to close
- Good problem solving & decision-making skills
- Have the ability to handle rejection
- Tenacious outgoing
- Confidence to perform within a short sales cycle.
- Must use excellent communication and stellar customer service skills while using proper phone etiquette.
- Must have the ability to identify troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Proficiency in PC programs such as Excel Word etc is helpful.
- Must work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
