DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily management of outsourced production.
- Build-up and introduction of new products made at contract manufacturing sites.
- Monitor yield and costs; initiate corrective actions on yield losses and related problems.
- Track and execute improvement actions.
- Monitor quality and execute out-of-control actions.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) processes as new products enter production lines.
- Conduct data analysis in JMP.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of projects.
Education & Experience
- Masters degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent.
- Solid competence in program or project management.
- Experience in the electro-optical industry is beneficial.
Skills
- Demonstrated initiative and practical leadership skills.
- Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal manufacturing staff R&D Commodity Managers finance global Coherent manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers.
- Language: Fluent English; Fluent Swedish is preferred.
