Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical/Surgical Telemetry
Location: Allen TX
Shift: Nights 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate:$40 - $42/hr
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Medical/Surgical Telemetryfor an exciting job in Allen TX.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
Monitor interpret and document telemetry rhythms
Care for post-operative surgical and orthopedic patients
Administer medications treatments and IV therapies
Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain patient safety
Work night shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
Qualifications:
Active RN license (TX or Compact)
Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience in a hospital setting
Experience with post-operative surgical and orthopedic patient care
Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS
Proficient in telemetry interpretation
Ability to manage a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
