Job Summary
Job Title: LPN Quality Assurance Nurse
Location: Flagstaff AZ 86001
Schedule: Day Shift 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $40$44/hr
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking LPN Quality Assurance Nursefor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Implement QA policies and evidence-based practices in accordance with regulatory standards.
Conduct audits interviews observations and data reviews to monitor compliance.
Review monthly CASPER reports and support development of QAPI plans.
Prepare statistical reports summaries and QA updates for leadership.
Assist with corrective action plans and monitor follow-through.
Investigate non-compliance concerns and support inquiries involving potential abuse or neglect.
Coordinate facility readiness for regulatory surveys.
Lead the Quality Assurance and Infection Control Committees.
Infection Prevention
Track and trend infections using appropriate criteria.
Perform daily infection control rounds and monitor adherence to care plans.
Stay current with CDC CMS and infection control guidelines.
Staff Training & Education
Identify training gaps and implement educational programs related to QA and compliance.
Assess training effectiveness and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
Maintain training records and competency evaluations for all staff.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of:
QA principles QAPI processes and utilization review
OBRA and long-term care regulations
Facility policies procedures and administrative practices
Data collection analysis and reporting
Adult learning and competency-based training methods
Skills in:
Strong verbal and written communication
Critical thinking analysis and problem-solving
Accurate data interpretation and reporting
