Well-established 20-person CPA firm serving a diverse mix of closely held businesses high-net-worth individuals partnerships and S-corps. Our team values collaboration flexibility and high-quality client service. As we continue to grow we are seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join our firm in a remote or hybrid capacity. Candidates should be within commuting distance of the Philadelphia area for occasional onsite meetings.
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Greater Philadelphia area)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Prepare and review federal state and local tax returns for individuals partnerships S-corporations and trusts.
Assist in tax planning research and identifying opportunities to reduce client tax liability.
Communicate directly with clients to gather information answer questions and provide high-quality service.
Support managers and partners on complex tax engagements.
Review work of junior staff when applicable and provide constructive feedback.
Manage deadlines and multiple engagements during peak periods.
25 years of public accounting tax experience.
Strong understanding of individual partnership and corporate taxation.
CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.
Experience with common tax software (e.g. UltraTax ProSeries CCH etc.).
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Must reside within a reasonable distance of Philadelphia for occasional onsite meetings (as needed).
