Working out of a company vehicle you are able to take home Fire Alarm Techs will inspect troubleshoot service and repair a variety of fire alarm systems (i.e. Notifier Fire Lite Silent Knight Kiddie etc.) emergency lighting systems perform hydrostatic testing of low-pressure cylinders fire extinguisher repairs and filling (i.e. Oval Amerex); completing documentation of work performed using a tablet; other related duties as required.

SHIFT: Days 8:00am 4:00pm (Monday Friday). OT after 40 hours. Minimal on-call

COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:

$45.00 - $60.00/hour paid weekly through direct deposit

FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

NICET Certification

3-5 years service inspection and installation experience with fire alarm systems emergency lighting and/or fire extinguishers

Solid electrical troubleshooting skills

Any trade related certifications/licenses considered a strong asset but not required

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Ability to pass pre-employment background checks (MVR and Drug Testing)
