Job Summary

Locum Physician - Family Medicine in Corning CA

The Solano Street Medical Clinic offers a welcoming environment for patients of all ages with a focus on comprehensive primary care and chronic care management. Job Responsibilities:

Manage a panel of established patients ensuring high-quality primary care services.
Conduct chronic care management for conditions such as diabetes hypertension and thyroid disorders.
Collaborate with medical assistants to support patient care and clinic operations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Cerner CareB EMR system.
Attend to adult patients (ages 18 and up); pediatric care is optional.
Fulfill a full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Valid California medical license.
ACLS BLS and DEA certification (with Schedule II) required during credentialing.
Commitment to full-time work for a minimum of one year.
Ability to meet organizational and patient needs with professionalism and compassion.

DEA Registration (with Schedule II) - Required
