Job Summary

As an Account Management Executive in the Publisher Growth (PG) department you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our online publishers and applications contributing to the success of the AnyDigital Premium Marketplace (APM). You will primarily be responsible for Publisher Acquisition actively searching for acquiring and cultivating strong relationships with key accounts web/application/game developers. You will serve as an advertising and technology expert for online publishers providing strategic advice optimising performance and ensuring consistent achievement of individual sales targets.

What Youll Do

  • Advertising Expertise & Strategic Consultation: Analyse publisher contexts and deliver exceptional timely service and technological consultation regarding advertising implementation and strategies for maximising revenue.
  • Performance Metrics & Optimisation: Monitor track and analyse advertising performance data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for both publishers and APM clients.
  • Programmatic Campaign Management: Oversee programmatic trades across various consoles ensuring expert-level campaign optimization.
  • Business Growth and Strategy: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of client businesses to formulate effective digital marketing strategies accompanied by the collection and analysis of sales and consumer data.
  • Publisher and Application Partnership Development: Identify secure and nurture robust high-value relationships with key online publishers web developers and application/game developers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Account Transition: Establish strong collaborative relationships with internal departments facilitating the smooth handover and integration of newly acquired accounts to the dedicated account management team.
  • Industry Acumen: Maintain current knowledge of industry research emerging trends and advertising technology platforms.

Who You Are

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile app or web development is required.
  • Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience within the digital marketing industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (at a business proficiency level) are essential.
  • Strong capabilities in logical thinking along with well-developed interpersonal and sales acumen are necessary.
  • A profound interest in technology and the online programmatic advertising industry is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience utilising platforms such as Google Ad Manager Google AdSense Google AdMob DSP SSP Trading Desk or Ad Network will be considered a significant asset.
  • The successful candidate must be detail-oriented well-organised and a self-motivated quick learner.
