Objective:
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented polytechnic student to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team as an
intern. This internship provides hands-on exposure to quality validation change control processes and industry-
standard practices
Key Responsibilities
a. Safety Health & Environment:
o Comply with all RSTO's Safety Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements never put oneself and
others at safety & health risks and report any workplace accidents near misses and hazards as soon
as practicable.
o Observe all RSTO's site security measures at all times and report any suspicious characters/objects
& damaged security mechanisms to Site Security immediately.
b. Quality Validation and Change Control
o Support the day-to-day operation in accordance with the approved quality SOPs and Policies for a
multi-platform multi-product GMP biotech contract manufacturing facility.
o Assist in reviewing validation life cycle documents and testing protocols.
o Support the team in identifying and resolving quality issues
o Support change control activities by familiarizing with processes and procedures assisting in
documenting and tracking changes and understanding their impact on quality and compliance.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality tests and results while contributing to the
preparation of quality documentation and reports.
c. Collaboration and Learning
o Work closely with the team to understand quality validation principles and practices
o Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions
o Seek feedback and continuously improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications
Education:
o Currently pursuing a diploma in science engineering or other relevant disciplines.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
o Basic understanding of Quality System principles practices and standards for the pharmaceutical
industry
o Basic understanding of cGMP relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
o Basic understanding of Pharmaceutical Quality Systems and Processes
o Team player fast learner problem solver possesses a continuous learning attitude systematic
thinking planning and self-organizing skills
o Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical and organized approach to tasks.
o Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
