Job Summary

1. **Team Management:**

  • Supervise and lead a team of store staff including baristas and cashier personnel.
  • Create work schedules assign tasks and provide training to new employees.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment by promoting teamwork and staff development.

2. **Customer Service:**

  • Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Train and coach staff in providing exceptional customer experiences.

3. **Store Operations:**

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels conduct regular stock checks and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to meet budgetary goals.

4. **Sales and Marketing:**

  • Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

5. **Quality Control:**

  • Ensure that all products are prepared and served according to Macao Imperial Teas quality and presentation standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on ingredients equipment and finished products.

6. **Health and Safety Compliance:**

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing hygiene and safety standards.
  • Adhere to local health regulations and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory and sales data.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Flexibility in working hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Enthusiasm for the Kenangan Coffee and its products.
