Strategy & Business Planning Coordinator

What Youll Be Doing

Join our Supply Chain Strategy & Business Planning team and become the gatekeeper for the department ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Youll work closely with the Supply Chain Leadership Team (SLT) to keep strategic projects on track.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating planning milestones and tracking strategic deliverables including Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/ Objectives and Key Results (OKR) reporting and governance submissions.
• Managing departmental calendars and organising major events such as Supplier Conferences away days and leadership engagements.
• Maintaining stakeholder maps and contact lists across suppliers franchisees and internal teams.
• Delivering clear inclusive internal communications on deadlines events and departmental updates.
• Providing flexible support across sub-functional areas such as purchasing sustainability quality and logistics.

This is a high-exposure role perfect for someone who wants to build consulting and analytical skills while contributing to projects that shape the future of McDonalds UK & Ireland.
