As a Global Medical Network Lead Breast Cancer you will:
Represent the affiliate voice within the Breast Cancer disease area (DA) influencing global teams to address affiliate needs while maintaining high standards of medical and scientific expertise in the Breast Cancer DA
Act as a strategic medical partner and expert for global teams and affiliates to architect catalyze and provide hands-on support for the efficient delivery of medical strategy.
Understand needs advise and provide hands-on support on strategic planning and opportunities across different phases of a DA lifecycle.
Serve as a key point of contact within the medical network for relevant affiliates ensuring seamless communication and partnership between medical commercial access and other global and affiliate teams.
Foster a global medical network of relevant affiliates that can effectively contribute to surfacing global and local clinical practice and data gaps.
Coordinate local insights translate them into strategic recommendations and guide affiliates on key priorities and goals
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality continuous scientific training materials and resources are in place for relevant affiliates and directly engage in scientific conversations with healthcare stakeholders in relevant affiliates as appropriate.
You are a proactive and collaborative individual with a strong Pharma Breast Cancer experience at different levels (affiliates regional and global) management/support of number of affiliates in clinical trials and other medical affairs deliverables degree in science (PharmD PhD MSc) and a passion for strategic impact.
You bring:
Over 5 years of professional experience in the pharma/biotech industry with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical business with profound hands-on Medical Affairs experience in an in-field and office-based medical role in most impactful affiliates.
Deep scientific knowledge of Breast Cancer (must have).
Relevant knowledge of the drug development process regulatory requirements and trends for drug approval clinical trials and external/internal patient communication.
The ability to develop and execute medical strategies aligned with business objectives.
A track record of collaborating and influencing in a highly matrixed environment both at global and affiliate levels.
