Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Engineer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team you will play a crucial role in overseeing mixed-use development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement construction plans schedules and budgets for mixed-use projects
- Coordinate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during construction
- Prepare and review technical reports project documentation and change orders
- Manage project resources effectively to optimize performance and minimize delays
- Ensure adherence to Saudi building codes and regulations throughout the construction process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction engineering with a focus on mixed-use developments
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management software AutoCAD or similar CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies best practices and project management principles
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes regulations and local construction industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Must be a Saudi national
