Your Profile
Degree in: Economical Engineering Economics Statistics or a related field
Language: English Advanced
Skills & Knowledge:
   Excel Microsoft Office Power BI
   Human Resources fundamentals
   Compensation analysis and structuring

Your Daily Responsibilities
   Analyze organizational structures and promote standardization across Tenaris
   Define job descriptions for new positions within your scope
   Perform position classification and evaluation
   Assist in updating salary structures based on market trends and business needs
   Participate in external compensation surveys
   Propose bonuses special awards and benefit grants
   Provide salary and bonus information to the payroll department
