Howyoullmake an impact:

TheCoordinatoris responsible forcoordinating planning and directing the distribution of goodswithin the warehouse to ensure thetimelyprocessing of customer orders.

This role typicallyreports to the Operations Supervisor and is based in our Stockbridge Distribution Center.

70%:Daily Operations

  • Ensure all department processes and SOPs are followed consistently.

  • Monitor and promote productivity and accuracy within the department.

  • Control distribution of orders within your department or area of responsibility

  • Responsible forenforcinghousekeepingsafetyand C-TPAT compliance in assigned area of responsibility; Stay within compliance of the company policiesregardingsafety.

30%: Support Functions

  • Support the Supervisor/Managerin all duties asassignedincluding all operational areas of the Distribution Center.

  • Assume supervisory responsibilities in department supervisors absence.

  • Serve as back up for Operations Trainer and conduct associate training and re-training as needed.

  • Communicatewith Operations Leadership across shifts and departments to ensure the adherence of Distribution Center policies.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Must have:

  • Basic knowledge of WMOS including scanner tasks and functions.

  • Teamplayerwilling to perform various job duties to support the department and the facilityobjectivesand key performance indicators.

  • Ability tolift to 50 pounds repetitively scan with RF equipment bend twist and be on your feet for shifts up to 12hours long.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others (Supervisors Managers and peers).

  • Flexibility to work overtime andcomply withblackout periods (no vacation or personal time allowed) during peak periods.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • High school diploma or a GED preferred notrequired.

  • At least six months in a distribution center environment preferred.
