Priority Responder SERVPRO of NW Portland

• Respond immediately to emergency losses both during normal business hours and while on-call.
  
  
• Arrive on site quickly assess damage gather critical loss information and determine next steps.
  
  
• Communicate clearly with customers property managers adjusters plumbers and other referral partners.
  
  
• Take initial photos moisture readings and document conditions for the Mitigation Team.
  
  

• Show professionalism empathy and confidence during high-stress situations.
  
  
• Help customers understand the restoration process and what to expect next.
  
  
• Provide reassurance problem-solving and support from the first phone call through handoff to the production team.
  
  

• Build trust and rapport with customers plumbers agencies and other partners.
  
  
• Identify potential job opportunities and ensure complete onboarding of new losses.
  
  
• Represent SERVPRO positively in the field and at partner locations.
  
  

• Complete digital documentation accurately and promptly.
  
  
• Maintain a clean organized and response-ready vehicle and equipment.
  
  
• Coordinate with dispatch the mitigation team and management to ensure seamless job handoff.
  
  
• Participate in weekly meetings field training and ongoing skills development.
  
  

• Standard workweek with scheduled shifts.
  
  
• Rotating on-call duties (evenings weekends and some holidays).
  
  
• Must be able to respond to emergency losses within the required response window.
  
  
• Flexibility and reliability are essentialcustomers depend on our rapid response.
  
  

• Strong empathy communication and customer-service mindset.
  
  
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions quickly.
  
  
• Comfortable working in homes commercial buildings and occasionally in challenging environments (attics crawlspaces etc.).
  
  
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
  
  
• Prior restoration construction or emergency response experience is a plus but not requiredtraining provided.
