Job Summary
Excel Courier is seeking a Driver Recruiter to build and maintain a strong pipeline of Independent Contractor (IC) drivers with the right vehicle location and availability to support our fast-paced operations. This role is on-site in our Ashburn location in support of our 24/7/365 operations.
What Youll Do
- Review and screen IC driver applications for fit and qualifications.
- Clearly explain duties responsibilities settlement schedules and working conditions.
- Select qualified prospects and schedule orientations/onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and anticipated driver needs.
- Actively listen ask strong questions and read motivations to identify ideal prospects.
