Position Summary
The Parking Supervisor is generally responsible for supervising parking staff for events such as the 2026 BNP Paribas Open Dr. George Car Show Coachella and other events in the area. This position reports to the parking manager.
This is a seasonal role from February 1 2026 and will end on March 30 2026.
This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00
This position will remain open until February 20 2026.
Responsibilities
- Maintaincore values while working onproperty
- Must be able to legallyoperatevehicles
- Inspect parking lots several times throughoutday
- Ensuresafe and efficient traffic patterns for allguests
- Assistmanagerwith event day operations ofparkinglotsand trafficflow
- Assist Managerwith traffic management program and creating Traffic Command Center in SOCmonitoringreal-time parking data.
- Assist Managerwith enforcement of employee parkingprogram
- Ensure event day checklists arefollowed & completedforentiretyofevent
- Ensure campus is set up and lotsareready forevent
- Report traffic incidents in lots to manager
- Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parkingoperations
- Perform inventory management
- Assist Managerby gathering information to respond to guest inquires andinvestigatecomplaints/concerns
- Assistingwith the continuous evaluation and adjustment pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program
- Previousexperience in event operations or parking operations is preferred but not
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory experince preferred
- Must have one (1)yearpreviousexperience.
- Core customercommunication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Must have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays weekday evenings weekends earlymorningsand late nights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.
