Job Summary

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Translate Japanese event descriptions into English (and vice versa) within the complaint database and complete other complaint handling processes as follows;
Complaint Intake & Assessment and/or
Complaint Coding & Literature search and/or
Complaint Determination (including closure of non-complaints events)
Translation of Event information
Translate Japanese service reports into English within the complaint database with thesupport of aMachine Translation tool
Process the event within the complaint database/system as per instruction
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelors degree is a must for this role
2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh Graduates with learning agility and experience using MS Office will be considered
Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N2 or above certification) as the role will require communication with stakeholders from Japan
Proficiency in MS Office Tools MS Outlook Excel Word Share point PDF
Ability to process data accurately and promptly per instruction
