The Accounting Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the accounting team ensuring accurate financial reporting compliance with internal controls and timely completion of month-end and year-end processes. This role provides leadership and mentorship to team members drives process improvements and supports strategic initiatives within the finance department.

Your Mission

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Oversee preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Prepare and/or review monthly billing documents tax filings and partner reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting and company policies.
Maintain internal controls and support audit requirements.

Process Improvement

Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting processes.
Support system upgrades and enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with other departments to ensure the accuracy of reporting.
Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Leadership Responsibilities:

Provides clear direction sets measurable goals and holds team members accountable for performance and results.
Coaches develops and supports team members through regular feedback performance reviews and career development planning.
Fosters a high-performing inclusive team culture that aligns with company values and business objectives.

What You Bring to the Table

CPA designation (or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum 57 years of progressive accounting experience including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
English proficiency is required for this positionto effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation: At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
