ManpowerGroup Greeceon behalf of Lamda Leisure S.A. a leading company in the field of real estate development investment and management in Greece is seeking a Guest Experience Advisor.

Location: Designer Outlet Athens (Spata)

Working Model: On site

You will be reporting to: Center Manager

What you will do:

As a Guest Experience Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service providing information and support to visitors and contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

More specifically:

Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Provide information about stores services and promotional activities
Handle visitor requests complaints and inquiries effectively
Manage customer service utilities (chargers strollers etc.)
Support marketing and promotional campaigns within the center
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
Collaborate with store operators for updates and reporting
Assist in lost & found procedures and gift voucher transactions

What we are looking for :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent command of English
Reliability professionalism and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in shifts and on weekends
