The Role
The New Business Sales Vice President - CCaaS Solutions as a sole contributor is responsible for driving new business revenue across the UK&I. This role focuses on identifying developing and closing opportunities with Enterprise and Mid-Market clients seeking to modernise their customer engagement through CCaaS AI and digital CX transformation.
Youll lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to contract closure working collaboratively with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver market-leading cloud contact centre solutions.
This is a strategic consultative sales role that requires a deep understanding of CCaaS platforms (e.g. NICE Genesys Five9 Microsoft Google Cisco etc) and the value they bring to customer engagement operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business revenue through the sale of multi-vendor CCaaS and CX transformation solutions.
Develop and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders to position TTEC Digital as a trusted advisor in cloud contact centre and customer experience strategy.
Collaborate with internal Business Development Solution Architecture and Delivery teams to design tailored solutions aligned to client goals.
Partner with leading CCaaS technology providers (e.g. NICE Genesys Google Cisco etc) to build joint go-to-market and co-sell strategies.
Lead the full sales process from prospecting and qualification to proposal negotiation and closing while maintaining accurate forecasting in Dynamics CRM.
Build strong collaborative relationships with vendor partner sales teams to maximize joint pipeline and new revenue opportunities.
Present compelling proposals and RFP responses that demonstrate commercial acumen innovation and clear business value.
Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.
What You Bring to the Role
7 years experience in new business sales within the Contact Centre / CCaaS / Digital CX space.
Proven success selling cloud contact centre and AI-driven CX solutions across one or more leading vendor ecosystems (NICE
Genesys Microsoft Five9 Google Cisco etc).
Track record of closing multi-year multi-million-pound deals within Enterprise or Mid-Market segments.
Deep understanding of customer experience transformation omnichannel engagement and contact centre technology trends.
Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and influence strategic technology decisions.
Experience leading complex bid teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver winning solutions.
Strong consultative outcome-oriented selling skills underpinned by a passion for customer experience and innovation.
Excellent presentation negotiation and communication skills.
Comfortable operating both independently and collaboratively within a high-growth fast-evolving environment.
