100% day/eve Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm / Rotating weekends / Rotating holidays.
Your primary work location will be 2550 Charles St Rockford IL.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening night and weekend shift differential
- Overtime

Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Required
Work Experience
Licenses & Certifications
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. Required
- Valid State drivers license and proof of liability insurance. Required
- Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
- An applicant for employment as a physical occupational or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
