Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP EHS PRC Developer tojoin a global automotive technology environment. The professional will work oncomplex regulatory compliance solutions integrating SAP PRC with SAP ERP PLMexternal regulatory content providers and global compliance frameworks. Thisrole requires strong technical expertise excellent communication skills andthe ability to collaborate with cross-regional teams.
Responsibilities
1. Technical Development
Develop and customize PRC functionalities using ABAP/OO ABAP.
Implement enhancements for specification managementcompliance checksand SDS generation.
2. Integration
Design and build integrations between SAP PRCand:
o SAPERP SAP PLM
o Externalregulatory content providers (IDS)
o IMDSCAMDS CDX
Ensure reliable data exchange via IDocs BAPIs APIs.
3. System Configuration
Configure compliance rules workflows and datamodels in SAP PRC.
Support global regulatory standards: REACH RoHS Conflict Minerals EU POPetc.
4. Optimization &Quality
Diagnose and optimize system performance.
Create technical specs perform unit tests andsupport UAT.
Maintain documentation for developments andintegrations.
5. Collaboration
Work closely with functional teams businessanalysts and regulatory stakeholders.
Translate business needs into robust technicalsolutions.

Functional Skills
Experience with global substance/materialcompliance frameworks:
o REACHRoHS Conflict Minerals EU POP.
Understanding of chemical classification andsubstance management.
Basic knowledge of product lifecycle andsupply-chain compliance.
Technical Skills
5years as SAP EHS PRC Developer.
Strong ABAP/ OO ABAP expertise.
Experience with SAP EHS(M) Product and Reach Compliance(PRC).
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
Familiarity with:
o IDocBAPI RFC Web Services
o Compliance-relateddata structures (specifications material master)
o Regulatorycontent integration
(Plus) Experience with SAP Workflow and BRF.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Clear communication skills with business andtechnical audiences.
Teamwork across global regions (EU NA SAIndia China APAC).
High adaptability and ability to manage multiplepriorities.
Customer-centric mindset and stakeholdermanagement experience.
Languages
Fluencyin English (mandatory) and Portuguese
