About this role
Associate will apply knowledge to assist employees and leaders with HR programs processes and systems supporting their functional area. Full-time Summer Internship.
Key Responsibilities
Will provide support for HR Generalist function within Carriers Operations teams. No prior HR experience is required.
Basic Qualifications
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in HR Industrial Relations Behavior Science Psychology.
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
6 months prior HR exposure preferred.
Demonstrated interpersonal savvy and ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels.
Strong action orientation and proven initiative to proactively address issues and move tasks forward.
Unwavering commitment to ethics and personal integrity especially regarding confidentiality.
Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
