As Red Seal Executive Chef reporting to the ExecutiveDirector youll direct all food and beverage operations meeting residentsnutritional needs with a fine dining approach.

Key responsibilities of Red Seal Executive Chef includesmenu planning budget oversight team leadership and supplier liaisonensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

2-year college diploma in Food ServiceSupervision or equivalent.

Red Seal certification (mandatory).

Expertise in large-scale food preparation withfresh ingredients.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in computer software budgetmanagement and inventory control.

  • Excellent English communication skills.
