Job Summary

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director who can lead inspire and elevate our creative outputs to world-class standards. This role is ideal for someone who breathes creativity and has a deep-rooted passion for storytelling visual content branding and digital excellence.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on creator with experience across digital marketing campaigns video production and branding for leading brands in the region.

What You ll Do:

Lead and oversee the creative strategy and execution for all digital campaigns branding video productions and content.
Work closely with marketing social media content and production teams to ensure seamless alignment and impact.
Develop original creative concepts for brand campaigns video shoots social content and digital experiences.
Mentor and manage designers copywriters videography and animators driving a culture of excellence.
Ensure creative outputs are aligned with brand tone marketing goals and client expectations.
Present and pitch creative work to internal and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Stay on top of industry trends digital tools and emerging creative technologies to bring innovation to the table.

Requirements

Saudi (required) or Lebanese nationality (Preferable)
7 years of experience in creative leadership roles with strong exposure to digital video and branding.
Proven track record in building creative strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite Final Cut/Premiere After Effects and other production tools.
Natural storyteller with exceptional visual verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive energetic solution-oriented and obsessed with innovation and quality.
Background in agency or digital production house is a plus.
