Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our clinic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of emotional behavioral and mental health disorders in children and adolescents. The candidate should be passionate about working with young individuals and capable of collaborating with families educators and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate diagnose and treat mental health disorders in children and adolescents
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
Provide psychotherapy and/or prescribe medication as needed
Collaborate with pediatricians psychologists and school counselors
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Offer support and counseling to families
Requirements:
Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry
Board certification or equivalent in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Valid license or eligibility to practice in Kuwait
Bilingual fluent in both Arabic and English
Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Gender Preference:
Female preferred
Male candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered
