We are currently searching for a Scrum Master:

Responsibilities

Facilitate and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles
Support teams using Scrum Kanban XP and Lean practices
Use agile management tools such as Jira Confluence Trello Azure DevOps and Miro
Promote understanding of the software development lifecycle
Enable communication and alignment between technical and business teams

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong command of the Scrum framework and Agile Manifesto principles
Experience with Scrum Kanban XP and Lean practices
Basic knowledge of software development processes
Strong analytical and communication skills

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
