We are currently searching for a ERP & Products Solutions:
Responsibilities:
- Gather and thoroughly analyze business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and actionable user stories.
- Develop and maintain essential documentation including process diagrams
- RShutterstock personas use cases and functional specifications.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA) and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements.
- Provide end-user training as defined by the scope of work (SOW).
- Work effectively within a Scrum/Agile Product Development environment.
- Configure out-of-box Salesforce solutions declaratively based on business and functional requirements.
Requirements:
- 7 years of total relevant experience in Business Analysis and IT.
- 3-5 years of dedicated Salesforce Platform experience with a hands-on focus on declarative programming of processes.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B on Lightning.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
- Expertise in Salesforce declarative programming tools and process automation.
- Experience with configuration and data migration tools (e.g. SF DX Dataloader Gearset IDE).
- Good understanding of Process Automation and business process logic including the ability to design using tools like Visio or Lucid.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform limits and best practices for enterprise and SMB scalability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate development methodologies and architectural trade-offs.
Desired:
- Good understanding of tradeoffs between declarative programming and custom APEX.
- Ability to remain current on Salesforce best practices tooling and upcoming features.

- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
