As a Tech Recruiter you will be instrumental in scaling our Technology department by sourcing attracting and hiring top-tier engineering talent working closely with our hiring managers in the Barcelona and Paris office.


Your responsibilities :

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of technical roles (e.g. Backend Frontend DevOps Data).
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of passive and active candidates.
  • Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand their specific team needs and define clear selection criteria.
  • Conduct initial screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates skills and motivation.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives particularly those aimed at the French tech community.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends compensation benchmarks and innovative recruitment techniques in the tech industry.

  • Your profile :

      Experience level - 3 years of experience in technical recruitment ideally within a scale-up or high-growth tech environment.
      Full-cycle Tech Recruiting Direct Sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter specialized platforms)
      ATS Management (Workday is a plus).
      Excellent Communication Results-Oriented Adaptability.
      Fluent French (C1/C2) and Professional working proficiency in English (B2). Spanish is a plus.
