Aufgaben
Your Responsibilities
As a Client Relationship Manager for corporate clients you will take on an exciting and diverse role in a global environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the customer relationships within your portfolio. You possess strong sales and technical skills excellent communication abilities and persuasive power. You will contribute to managing and expanding your customer portfolio in line with our growth strategy. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and have the opportunity to actively shape a dynamic environment. Participation in events both virtual and physical worldwide is also part of your responsibilities.
Qualifikation
Your Skills and Experience
As a future team member you bring the following:
- Higher education with a university or university of applied sciences degree
- At least 35 years of experience in a comparable position in client relationship management (preferably SaaS and B2B)
- Ability to maintain and expand customer relationships through professional support
- Confident motivated personality with a proactive approach; results-oriented with strong customer and service focus
- Ability to set priorities and perform at a high level even under pressure
- Ability to quickly learn new technical applications and processes
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent user skills in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook); prior knowledge of treasury applications or ERP systems is an advantage
