Tasks
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect experienced across APO CSM and ITSM to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for enterprise-level implementations.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to shape scalable ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business strategy and platform best practices.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Experience: 6 years
- Architect / Tech Lead Experience: 3 years
- CMDB & ITOM Discovery
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- IRM / GRC modules (risk compliance)
- CSM module (customer workflows)
- Proven ability to define architecture roadmaps and solution frameworks.
- Strong understanding of platform integrations data models and automation.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management (including international teams).

Effort: Full time
Way of working: Remote with 23 hours daily overlap with US business hours
