48 Months of ServiceNow Operational experience: Use of Incident Problem Change Catalog Requests and Project tasks
48 Months of experience in vulnerability management and patch compliance
48 Months of SharePoint Administration
48 Months of experience in PeopleSoft or Documentum Administration
