Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Analyst to provide senior-level support for Incident and Change Management services. This role involves ensuring seamless business support for the Facilities Access Control System (FACS) and executing service level agreements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various IT disciplines and assist with software solutions delivery documentation and testing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all Operations and Maintenance activities for FACS.
- Assist in incident management and change management across application tiers.
- Contribute to system documentation and test materials for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to address and resolve system issues.
- Create Knowledge Base articles and provide training support to users.
Technical Skills Required:
- Understanding of applications development and maintenance in an IT enterprise.
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent service/help desk solutions.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL Server for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong communication skills for documentation and user support.
