Projects
Manages teams activities and resources of RUN IT to guarantee the performance of the services in terms of
availability and reliability; and this while ensuring compliance with economic and technical imperatives.
The role demands candidate to operate in matrix organization where he will be responsible to collaborate
with global team for IT operations and Application support. He will be accountable for delivery functions like
Infra & Network ISRC Projects etc from HPS india
The role demands to set up outcome/SLA based delivery model to provide services different business units and
customers as Payment services lead.
The candidate is expected to review and consistently improve delivery frameworks to provide optimum output
and efficiency in the service delivery.
Build capability for application support on Power card platform form HPS india. Ensure resources are trained
on timely manner to support required services.
Jointly create SLA framework for the activities to be delivered from India in partnership with functional and
global leadership. Provide inputs and suggestions to improve SLA commitment to customers.
PURPOSES OF EMPLOYMENT
IT Operations
Ensure the strategic development of RUN IT activities with the aim of guaranteeing the
evolution/services/offers
Ensure Go/NoGo for the transition into production of new clients
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through monitoring and proximity
Ensure the pooling of services tools procedures architectures etc. of Run IT at the HPS Group level
Ensure the management of RUN IT resources to guarantee the availability and reliability of services
Ensure the implementation of methods processes and procedures for RUN IT operations
Ensure the availability of technical infrastructures adequate to the needs of the services
Ensure operational performance management to guarantee overall performance
Ensure the production of Dashboards and KPI's for monitoring activities within its scope
Ensure monitoring and evaluation of the achievement of operational objectives
Ensure the preparation and monitoring of the budget allocated to its scope
Application Support
As part of compliance with the SLAs of HPS Payment Services customers he contributes to the assistance and treatment of incidents reported by the RUN IT teams supervising the Support leads.

Ensure the processing of incidents with the aim of their resolution
Ensure compliance with commitments/SLA's
RUN Team Support
Ensure the supervision of consultants on site with the aim to meet client expectations
Ensure on-call duty according to schedule with the aim of intervening in the event of intervention needs outside of working hours
Enablement Functions - Projects Infra & Network Back office ISRC
Participate in strategic thinking on the acquisition/integration of new customers and the evolution of
service offerings
Guarantee quality standards specific to its scope for the benefit of teams and customers
Provide hiring and onboarding support for above functions to global leader
Ensure timely delivery from resources in India
Set up and execute governance with functional owner to ensure delivery
Create local capability to enable support functions
Resource Management
Ensure hiring and onboarding of right talent for payment services
Ensure regular and effective training programs and performance reviews are conducted at
appropriate intervals to foster continuous development and optimize team performance
Ensure cross skilling of resource to optimises available talent
Work on career and growth opportunities for team member
Mentor team member and motivate for innovation and process improvement
Ensure the optimization of the resources made available to the teams
Manage your team with the aim of improving collective performance
Provide supervision and support to members of your team
