Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding property management services
- Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients
- Stay informed about company products and services to better assist clients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
