About the Agency

A reputed Russian recruitment agency is hiring Butchers from India for placement in a leading agricultural holding specializing in pig farming and meat processing.

Role Overview

The Butcher will work on the premises of an agricultural holding in Russia performing large-scale meat cutting deboning and removing meat from bones. The role requires physical strength precision and discipline. The candidate must be able to work in a structured farm environment while ensuring high standards of hygiene and workplace safety.

Note: This role does NOT involve animal slaughter or blood shedding.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Perform large-scale meat cutting deboning and bone removal.
Ensure proper handling storage and hygienic processing of meat.
Operate and maintain cutting tools safely.
Follow production schedules to meet daily/shift targets.
Maintain cleanliness in the workplace and dormitory.
Adhere to all safety hygiene and company rules.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Education: High school diploma (secondary education)
Experience:
- Butcher experience preferred
- Farm experience is an advantage
Age Limit: Up to 37 years
Gender: Male
Height: Minimum 170 cm
Language: Basic English (spoken & written)
Physical Fitness: Must be fit for labor-intensive work

Gross Salary: 58084 RUB per month (after tax deductions based on 26 shifts)
Working Hours:
- 6 days/week
- 11 hours per day
- Overtime as per schedule

Accommodation: Free (shared rooms 8 persons per room)

- Return air ticket after completion of 2-year contract
