Job Summary

This role is fully remote and will support our Lead Guide twice a week helping to deliver Montessori aligned learning provide virtual guidance to children and support lesson planning.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Lead Guide in planning and delivering virtual Montessori lessons.

Assist with demonstrating Montessori activities using digital tools.

Observe children virtually and provide feedback on their development and engagement.

Prepare simple digital learning materials following Montessori principles.

Communicate with parents on expectations and progress updates (as directed by the Lead Guide).

Maintain a calm child-centered and supportive virtual learning environment.

Requirements

Montessori background through experience in a Montessori classroom or by completing Montessori certification/exams.

Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child led learning.

Comfortable teaching and presenting to children virtually.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.

Availability two days per week (flexible hours depending on class schedule)

Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom Google Classroom etc.).

Ability to prepare simple digital Montessori materials or presentations.

Warm patient and child-friendly teaching approach.
