About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic retail team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service has strong leadership skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting the management team in overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring smooth store performance and leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Supervise daily store operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Support management with stock control merchandising and store presentation.
Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies health & safety regulations and food safety standards.
Drive sales and support the implementation of promotional activities.
Monitor and maintain high levels of store cleanliness and organisation.

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in a retail or grocery customer-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays as required.
