Job Summary
About the Role
This role plays a key part in ensuring we have the right vehicles in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand while maximising revenue and utilisation. Youll work closely with Revenue Management Pricing and Operations to analyse demand plan capacity optimise availability and support strong commercial performance across all Irish locations.
Its an ideal role for someone who enjoys data problem-solving and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced multi-site business.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Analysis
Analyse booking trends demand patterns and revenue performance across all locations.
Monitor upgrades free upgrade levels and premium fleet usage.
Review and track key revenue metrics such as RPU and RPR.
Capacity Planning
Monitor location capacity limits (daily/hourly) and support planning for peak periods.
Ensure high utilisation while maintaining appropriate upgrade availability at key sites especially airports.
Support fleet allocation unit movements and planning of vehicles returning from Northern Ireland.
Review idle days and highlight opportunities to improve utilisation.
Operational Support
Work with Operations teams to plan fleet movements and support B2B bulk contract requirements.
Assist in transport planning and RO creation.
Support weekly reporting including BoB upgrades utilisation performance and capacity updates.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in a similar role within the car rental industry would be highly desired.
- Familiarity with Qlikview or similar package
- Excellent knowledge of Excel & MS Word Package essential
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of logistical and operational constraints in a car rental environment.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional administration skills.
- A willingness to learn
