Position Overview:
Were seeking a hands-on full-time Facilities & Residential Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order across five local properties. This role includes both commercial and residential locations with residential duties involving daily housekeeping laundry and dishes. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating spotless comfortable environments and enjoys variety in their workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain commercial and residential interiors
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks including dusting mopping vacuuming and sanitizing
- Handle laundry dishes and general tidying at residential sites
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Empty trash clean restrooms and restock essentials
- Report maintenance or property issues promptly
- Ensure all spaces reflect the professionalism and standards of the company
Qualifications:
- Clean background check required
- Prior housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Valid Drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Dependable trustworthy and professional attitude
Schedule:
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- Consistent weekday schedule with some flexibility as needed
