Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) you will be a cornerstone of patient care directly contributing to comfort safety and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction.
Every day you will deliver compassionate basic care assist with patient transport and actively contribute to the patients plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.
To be successful in this role you will possess a dedicated spirit of service strong communication skills a meticulous approach to patient support and an unwavering commitment to our mission of dignified high-quality healthcare.
- Job Functions: CNA
- Demonstrates basic patient care skills including but not limited to patient hygiene (bathing grooming oral and perineal care back rubs). Measurement: Observation Patient Care Documentation.
- Measures vital signs weights and measures I&O accurately and within expected time frames. Measurement: Observation Accuracy Timeliness.
- Documents accurately on designated forms or in computer. Measurement: Observation Patient Care Documentation Accuracy.
- Ambulates lifts moves and transports patients within specified time frames. Measurement: Observation Timeliness.
- Positions patients and performs range of motion exercises. Measurement: Observation Accuracy.

- High School Graduate General Studies upon hire or
- High School GED General Studies upon hire and
- Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program. upon hire and
- Certified Nursing Assistant: CA upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR upon hire
