KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Respect of standards for safety and environment (To Control safety and environmental protection procedures and regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment)
Existence and evolution of verification and maintenance plans
Reduction of quality failures due to energy
Adequacy of means / production
Reduction of energy and maintenance costs improvement of availability of equipment ( reliability).
Reduction of PDR consumption
Efficiency of the Energy Sector and equipment reliability (Technical support to the operation Troubleshooting and maintenance quality related to the fluids availability and durability Definition of spare-parts need).
Training of operators maintenance staff for techniques and methods and the users to consume better
The sub-contracted activities are regularly assessed (EP applications rules best practices compliance respect for planning costs performance...).
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:
- High Pressure Pipe Welding: CWB certified.
- Certification: Certified Red Seal Industrial Mechanic Millwright and/or Certified Red Seal Machinist.
- Pipe Fitting Experience: Demonstrated experience in pipe fitting.
- Maintenance Skills: Experience and proven abilities in the maintenance of boilers pumps HVAC systems and air compressors.
- Operational Skills: Ability to operate a JLG work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Teamwork: Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with a commitment to safety.
- Troubleshooting Experience: Proficient in equipment troubleshooting repair assembly and preventative maintenance.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to obtain all mobile equipment license.
Capable of working independently as well as part of a production team.
Organizational skills and quality experience are a definite asset.
Leadership skills and decision making are a definite asset.
